【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesperformancerequirementsandtestmethodsforathiefresistantmechanicallyoperatedsingle-pointlockassembly(includinglockingplates,fixingscrews,fittinginstructionsandcylindersandprotectivefurniturewhereappropriate)that:a)incorporatesalockconformingtoBSEN12209:2003fieldofdoorapplicationgradesA,B,C,D,E,ForJthat,undernormalconditions,canbeunlockedfromtheinsidewithouttheuseofakey,therebyallowingkeylessegress;b)canbechangedtoasecure(noegress)modebyasecondarypositivelockingaction;c)isusedindoors,windowdoorsandentrancedoorsinbuildings.Thisstandardcoversonlythosethiefresistantlockassembliesthatareintendedforuseindwellingswherethereisanalternativeescaperoute.ItdoesnotcoverthiefresistantlockassembliesthatprovidekeylessegressatalltimessincethesearecoveredbyBS8621,nordoesitcoverthiefresistantlockassembliesthatrequiretheuseofaremovablekeyforegresssincethesearecoveredbyBS3621.NOTEItispossiblethatlockassembliesconformingtothisstandardarenotsuitableforuseondoorsconstructedfromcertaintypesofmaterial,e.g.plasticoraluminium.ThemarkingonthepackagingofthelockassemblywillprovidethisinformationinaccordancewithCla.use9.
