【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverstwotypesoffinishinghydratedlimethataresuitableforuseinthescratch,brown,andfinishcoatsofplaster,forstucco,formortar,andasanadditiontoportland-cementconcrete.Thetwotypesoflimesoldunderthisspecificationshallbedesignatedasfollows:1.1.1TypeN8212;Normalhydratedlimeforfinishingpurposes,and1.1.2TypeS8212;Specialhydratedlimeforfinishingpurposes.Note18212;TypeN,normalfinishinghydratedlime,isdifferentiatedfromTypeS,specialfinishinghydratedlime,inthatnolimitationontheamountofunhydratedoxidesisspecifiedforTypeNhydrate,andtheplasticityrequirementforTypeNhydrateshallbedeterminedaftersoakingfor16to24h.Note28212;Forlimeputty,refertoSpecificationC1489.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.
